On April 21, the groundbreaking ceremony for the piling work of the power station in the CNOOC Shell Huizhou Phase III Ethylene Project, EPC-contracted by SDEPCI, was successfully held. As a key project marking the company’s expansion into new business domains, the power station is a full-cycle EPC project strictly adhering to petrochemical industry standards for design, procurement, and construction.　　

　　In the early stages, SDEPCI’s Nuclear Energy Division, Power Generation Institute, and Survey Department collaborated closely, leveraging integrated advantages in survey, design, and project management to ensure seamless coordination across all construction phases. The timely and high-quality commencement of piling work has earned high praise from all project stakeholders.　　

　　Moving forward, the project team will fully leverage its EPC management capabilities. With a race from the start, fight from day one mindset, they will work in close partnership with all construction parties to overcome challenges, build momentum for achieving annual milestones, and deliver robust power support for the high-quality operational launch of the ethylene project.
