1. RFP conditions
SETD Türkiye Branch (The Employer) plans to invite a professional firm to provide work permit, residence permit and work permit exemption(1:5) application Service.
2. Project briefing and work scope
According to Türkiye laws , bidders provide work permit, residence permit and work permit exemption（1:5）application agency services for SETD TÜRKİYE–ANKARA ŞUBESİ in 2025.
3. Bidder Qualification requirements
3.1 Basic qualifications requirements
1) Consortium bidding is not allowed.
2) A Bidder must be a validly existing company incorporated in Türkiye.
3) The Bidder is operating well without ordered cessation of business, takeover or freezing of asset, and bankruptcy.
3.2 Specific qualifications requirements
1) The bidders should have the legal business qualification in Türkiye, such as business license（The business scope must meet the service needs of the employer） and tax registration certificate.
2) The bidders shall have good bank credits, business reputation and financial status.Provide bank account opening documents.
