Project location: Aboitiz Bay in Philippines

1.      Tender conditions

The Project will be located in Barangay Bitin, municipality of Bay, a second-class municipality in the province of Laguna. The geographic center of the Project Site roughly corresponds to 121 12’ 53.5’’E longitude and 14 05’ 33’’N latitude.

The Project Site is the former location of 230 kV substation of National Power Corporation (“NPC”) and on the west of the Makban Geothermal Plant, which in turn was transferred to NGCP. The substation was relocated to the adjacent lot leaving concrete pedestals at the proposed Project Site..

 

2.      Project briefing and tender scope

Capacity: 20 MW / 20 MWh, BESS Component Project

Scope: Conduct geotechnical investigations and topographic mapping at the location of this project. Make detailed geotechnical engineering evaluations of the foundations of each building and equipment, propose recommended foundation treatment schemes, and provide geotechnical engineering data for construction.

3.      Bidder Qualification requirements

The Bidder shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Basic qualifications requirements

l No consortium is allowed to bid in this bidding.

l The Bidder must be a validly existing company incorporated in Philippine or in China with legitimate cooperative status.

l The Bidder is operating well without ordered cessation of business, takeover or freezing of asset, and bankruptcy.

 (2) Special qualification requirements

l The Bidder shall have at least two items of topographic survey and mapping performance in the Philippines .

Time of obtainment: 12:00, 03/January /2025-17:00, 05/January /2025

Form of obtainment: The tenderee will issue the Bidding Documents by electronic mail to potential bidders. There is no charge for bidding documents.
