SDEPCI PMO Tax/accounting services

RFP No.: SDEPCI-2025-13-004

SDEPCI PMO(The Employer) plans to invite a professional accounting firm to provide tax and accounting services for SDEPCI PMO.

2. Scope of Work

According to Vietnamese laws and accounting regulations, bidders provide tax consultation, corporate tax filing services, accounting services.

3. Bidder Qualification requirements

3.1 Basic qualifications requirements

1) Consortium bidding is not allowed.

2) A Bidder must be a validly existing company incorporated in Vietnam.

3) Bidders need to provide reports to Chinese-funded enterprises engaged in the financial industry.

4) The Bidder is operating well without ordered cessation of business, takeover or freezing of asset, and bankruptcy.

3.2 Specific qualifications requirements

The bidder has the similar consulting performance in Vietnam (need to provide supporting documents such as a scanned copy of the contract signed with the contractor).

4. Obtainment of RFP

Time of obtainment: 18:00, 24/ January/2025 -18:00, 31/ January /2025

Form of obtainment: The tenderee will issue the Bidding Documents by electronic mail to potential bidders. There is no charge for bidding documents.

5. Submittal of Proposals

Deadline submission: 14:00, 9/ February /2025, Vietnam Time

Form of submission: Before the deadline for submission of Proposals, send the electronic version of the encrypted Proposals (the signature and stamped PDF version and the editable version) to the designated email address:
