1.      RFP conditions

Brazilian company SDEPCI Brazil (the employer) plans to hire a professional accounting firm to provide services such as bookkeeping, tax filing, accounting and tax consulting, and payroll processing for SDEPCI Brazil.. 

2.      Project briefing and work scope

According to Brazilian laws and accounting regulations, the bidder shall provide SDEPCI Brazil with services such as bookkeeping, tax filing, accounting and tax consulting, and payroll processing.

3.      Bidder Qualification requirements

3.1 Basic qualifications requirements

1) Consortium bidding is not allowed.

2) A Bidder must be a validly existing company incorporated in Brazil.

3) The Bidder is operating well without ordered cessation of business, takeover or freezing of asset, and bankruptcy.

3.2 Specific qualifications requirements

The bidder has the similar consulting performance in Brazil (need to provide supporting documents such as a scanned copy of the contract signed with the contractor).

Form of obtainment: The tenderer will issue the RFP by electronic mail to potential bidders.
