SDEPCI PHILIPPINE BRANCH (The Employer) plans to invite a professional accounting firm to provide tax and accounting services for SDEPCI PHILIPPINE BRANCH.

2.      Project briefing and work scope

According to Philippine laws and accounting regulations, bidders provide tax consultation, corporate tax filing services, accounting services.

3.      Bidder Qualification requirements

3.1 Basic qualifications requirements

1) Consortium bidding is not allowed.

2) A Bidder must be a validly existing company incorporated in Philippine.

3)The Bidder is operating well without ordered cessation of business, takeover or freezing of asset, and bankruptcy.

3.2 Specific qualifications requirements

The bidder has the similar consulting performance in Philippine (need to provide supporting documents such as a scanned copy of the contract signed with the contractor).
