1. RFP conditions

SDEPCI (The Employer) plans to hire a professional Technical design company for power engineering to help SDEPCI complete R5 (Round 5) RAB2 300MW PV EPC design consultancy services in Saudi Arabia.

2. Project briefing and work scope

(1) Submitting relevant design proposals, drawings and relevant technical parameter forms in accordance with the requirements of the bidding documents

(2) Provide technical specifications for enquiry

(3) Providing enquiry for construction subcontracting and cost estimation quotation

(4) Participate in technical clarification meetings organized by the Owner and technical clarification meetings organized by the manufacturers.

Bidder Qualification requirements

2.1 Basic qualifications requirements

1) Consortium bidding is not allowed.

2) The Bidder is operating well without ordered cessation of business, takeover or freezing of asset, and bankruptcy.

2.2 Specific qualifications requirements

The bidder has the similar consulting performance in Middle East (need to provide supporting documents such as a scanned copy of the contract signed with the contractor).

Bidders need to provide financial data for the last one year.

Form of obtainment: The tenderer will issue the RFP by electronic mail to potential bidders.
