To assist in ensuring the summer energy supply in Chongqing, according to an important consensus reached between the group company and Municipal Government of Chongqing, the newly added peak capacity of 300000 kilowatts must be put into operation before August 5th. Among them, the peak capacity of the Chongqing Hechuan Power Generation Company's new energy storage power station project, which is contracted by SDEPCI, is 240000 kilowatts, accounting for 80% of the total. Will become the largest grid side energy storage project in Chongqing and even the western region after completion, providing strong support for the power supply guarantee during peak hours in the Chongqing region.
The normal construction period of the 240MW/480MWh energy storage project requires 180 days, but the planned construction period for this project is less than 90 days. SDEPCI has the courage to shoulder the heavy burden and challenge the "impossible".On April 15th, the company received a request from Chongqing Company to cooperate with the project, plan ahead and carefully deploy, and quickly establish a project team. On April 16th, the technical team went to the site to carry out preliminary work. On April 19th, the preliminary plan for project site selection and access was completed. On April 20th, the overall layout design was completed. On April 21st, the project department moved into the site to carry out construction organization work, and officially started construction on May 1st.
In order to ensure the early landing, commencement, and effectiveness of the project, as a technical assembly unit of the "Snow Charcoal Action", SDEPCI has utilized the accumulated experience of engineering general contracting for many years to establish multiple key teams such as project technical guidance group, construction command group, safety and environmental protection management group, and establish a "daily tracking, coordination, and summary" mechanism. According to the division of labor, work tasks are decomposed one by one, the construction period is reversed, and responsibilities are assigned to each person, with the fastest speed The highest standards, best services, and strongest measures ensure the safe, orderly, and efficient progress of the project. At the same time, taking into account the characteristics of the project, we vigorously coordinated resources from all parties and selected elite personnel from various professional fields to form a party member attack team.
In order to ensure the realization of the project goals, the construction process overcame multiple difficulties such as tight schedule, heavy task, tight supply of equipment, continuous extreme weather, etc., and effectively ensured the safe, orderly and scientific advancement of on-site operation through the formulation of a detailed work plan, simultaneous advancement of survey, design, procurement and construction, and 24-hour three-shift rotation operation and other measures.
It took 20 days to complete the pouring of 1,152 equipment foundation columns in the energy storage area, 24 days to complete the lifting and assembling of the main equipment such as energy storage battery compartment, prefabricated compartment, main transformer, etc., and 7 days to complete the dynamic debugging of 72 groups of energy storage units, and in this regard, it only took 87 days to realize the project from the commencement of the project to the first time of the grid-connected charging and discharging of the full capacity, which has set a new record for the fastest construction of the SDEPCI's energy storage power station, and created a miracle of the extraordinary construction of the large-scale energy storage power station.
