　　SDEPCI (The Employer) plans to develop one wind power projects in Philippine, which the capacity was 50MW.The project location was located in Negeros province. This RFP is for the consulting services for the wind power projects mentioned above.

　　Scope: The scope of work for this tender includes review pre-feasibility study.

　　3.Bidder Qualification requirements

　　The Bidder shall meet the following conditions:

　　(1) Basic qualificationsrequirements

　　lConsortium bidding isnot allowed.

　　lA Bidder must be a validly existing company incorporated in Philippine.

　　lThe Bidder should has the certificates to engage in consulting work on the projects.

　　lThe Bidder is operating well without ordered cessation of business, takeover or freezing of asset, and bankruptcy.

　　（2）Special qualifications requirements

　　lThe bidder has the similar consulting performance in Philippine (need to provide supporting documents such as a scanned copy of the contract signed with the contractor).
