
On December 30, 2022, Liaocheng200MW reservoir photovoltaic EPC project of National Energy built by SDEPCI was successfully connected to the grid and generated electricity.
Liaocheng200MW reservoir photovoltaic EPC project is invested and constructed by National Energy Group. The project is located in the hometown of Comrade Kong Fansen, the model of party leaders and cadres - the west neighbor of Wulidun Village, Tang Yi Town, Dong Changfu District, with a total investment of 960 million RMB. Using 4475 acres of idle water surface of its own reservoir, the construction of a photovoltaic power station with a capacity of 202 MW, after the completion of the project, it will be across the bank from the coal-fired unit of National Energy Liaocheng Power Generation Co., Ltd., thermal power and photovoltaics, and realize the perfect combination of industrial water facilities and photovoltaic power generation utilization.
The project adopts modified high-density polyethylene floating body + bracket type floating photovoltaic system, which arranges more than 370,000 photovoltaic modules neatly and orderly on the water surface; at the same time, a new 220kV booster station is built. After the project is put into operation, it can produce 220 million kWh of green electricity annually, replace about 69,000 tons of standard coal, reduce about 42.2 tons of sulfur dioxide, 44 tons of nitrogen oxides, 189,000 tons of carbon dioxide, and 8.5 tons of soot emissions, effectively improve the power supply structure, promote green and low-carbon energy transformation, and maximize the use of energy and resources. To achieve the maximum utilization of energy and resources, through the source-source complementarity, source-net coordination, network-loadinteraction, network-storage interaction and source-load interaction and other forms of interaction, so as to promote the power system power dynamic balance more economically, efficiently and safely, and build a new type of power system.
With the strong support from the Party Committee and relevant departments, the PV team of SDEPCI Liao Cheng Reservoir faced various difficulties such as shortage of module supply, delay in equipment order, repeated delay in arrival time, huge pressure on environmental protection, insufficient number of management personnel and epidemic outbreak, etc., and insisted on taking the target as the guide, advanced planning, scientific coordination and active implementation. Since the construction started on April 26, 2022, the module installation was completed in 128 days, the main civil construction of the booster station was completed in 50 days, the equipment installation and commissioning of the boosting station was completed in 45 days, and the power was connected to the grid on December 30, which took only about 8 months. The implementation of the project was highly recognized by the National Energy Group and the local government.
