At 18:18 on December 30, the 100 MW fishery-solar complementary photovoltaic power generation project of ShouguangHouzhen of State Power Investment Group, which is general contracted by our institute, was connected to the grid at full capacity, becoming the first full-capacity grid-connected project of the 10 million kilowatts scenery storage base project in the saline mudflats in northern de Shandong.
Houzhen PV project is the first centralized PV project invested and built by the State Power Investment Group Shandong Energy Development Co. The total investment of the project is 520 million RMB. The project is supported by a new 110kV booster station, with a total length of 6.9km and 27 towers.
Since the start of the project, the project construction team has overcome difficulties such as the impact of the epidemic, delayed land delivery, complex geological structure, complicated civil coordination for the construction of the transmission line, short equipment production and supply cycle, and low winter wind and temperature, etc. With a forward-looking attitude, the project team has overcome difficulties, precise planning and scientific and reasonable construction arrangements.
The design team overcame the difficulties of equipment funding, worked overtime to complete the design roll-up ahead of schedule, and after the design and construction drawings arrived at the site, the design engineers promptly organized the design handover to ensure that the construction staff grasped the key of quality requirements and quality objectives of the project and ensured the construction quality; the procurement team broke the routine, accelerated the procurement progress, kept a close eye on the bidding and contract signing process, urged the manufacturers to cooperate with the funding and material production at the first time, and carried out factory-by-factory to ensure timely delivery of equipment. And kept an close eye on the industrial and agent Services to meet those demands for on-site services; The supplier team worked hard to overcome the impact of the epidemic on production and delivery, coordinated internal resources to provide project security, and arranged for dedicated personnel to supervise the production and delivery of equipment from the equipment supervisory unit to the factory, and tracked the whole chain of production and delivery at the first time. The construction units cooperated actively to allocate construction resources, choose the best living conditions for construction laborer in the vicinity of the site and fully stockpile epidemic prevention supplies and living materials.
On the construction site, through the "Labor Competition" and "Model Demonstration Area" to stimulate passion for construction and nearly 1,000 construction workers were rooted on site, braving the wind and cold and competing for time to complete the task. During the critical sprint period, Yang Ming Zhen, deputy director of the expert committee and senior expert of SDEPCI, was to the on-site station to provide guidance, and the business division concentrated on the deployment and input of superior resources to ensure the orderly advancement of work on all main lines.
The construction drawings were completed in 35 days with a total of 68 volumes; the manufacturing and delivery of equipment for each booster station was completed in 31 days; the Earthwork and stonework of 140,000 square meters of the plant was completed in 20 days; 31,977 pile foundations for the PV support were completed in 42 days; the installation and commissioning of equipment for the booster station was completed in 35 days; the installation of 3,241 sets of PV support and 224,756 PV modules was completed in 33 days; the coordination and construction of all civil works for the transmission lines were completed in 41 days. Completed the whole construction from the start to the full capacity of the grid connection in 81 days, creating the fastest record of similar projects that construct from the start to grid connection in Shandong Province.
The successful full-capacity grid connection of the ShouguangHouzhen project has greatly boosted the morale of the Business Division and the project team.
