At 00:46 on 30 December 2022, the decentralized wind power project in Cao Cheng Shan on the west coast of Qingdao, which was constructed by our general contracting, was successfully connected to the grid and generated electricity. The project is the first wind power project invested and constructed by Fujian Group in Lu, and is a guaranteed grid-connected project in Shandong Province and a key project in Qingdao. The commissioning of the project will contribute to the improvement of the energy structure of Qingdao West Coast New Area and the high-quality green economic and social development of Shandong Institute.
The project was approved in December 2020, with an installed capacity of 49.8MW, and the project's preliminary procedures and construction were completed by our Qingdao Project Department. The project department played the spirit of "nailing down" and overcame many difficulties to ensure the project was included in the list of guaranteed grid-connected projects in Shandong Province. In the same year, we obtained the construction land index, land prequalification, access system approval and supporting approval documents such as safety assessment, stability assessment, environmental assessment, water protection, military, cultural relics, land disaster and mine pressure. It took 45 days to coordinate with relevant district, city and provincial, and relevant departments to complete the conversion of agricultural to construction land and land allocation in April 2022, saving six months compared to conventional projects and setting a benchmark for efficiency for the Group.
Since the construction of the project officially started in April 2022, it has faced multiple difficulties and challenges such as the outbreak of epidemic, tight schedule, poor traffic, scattered construction sites and civil coordination. Under the strong leadership of the Party Committee of the hospital, the project department made comprehensive arrangements and took "Party building leads, coordinates resources, promotes project construction and cultivates talents for the enterprise" as its guide, co-ordinated resources of the municipal and district governments at all levels, and pushed forward the construction work in an orderly manner under the premise of ensuring safety and quality. The project started and was connected to the grid in the same year, which was well received by the owner.
The project department actively cooperated with local government departments and the State Grid Corporation to Carry out party building co construction and promote project construction.
