On 28 November 2018, the world's highest parameter coal power project - Datang Yuncheng 630 ℃ ultra-supercritical secondary reheat national power demonstration project (hereinafter referred to as "Datang Yuncheng 630 ℃ Demonstration Project") survey design contract signing ceremony was held in Shandong Yuncheng. It marking the following HuanengLaiwu 620 ℃ secondary reheat megawatts unit, the SDEPCI has once again won the design right of the world's highest parameter coal power demonstration project.
There were many industrial leaders participated in the signing ceremony, including Datang Group Deputy Chief Engineer and Director of the Engineering Department Su Min, Datang Shandong Power Generation Co., Ltd. chairman, party secretary Chen Mingliang, Datang Yuncheng Power Generation Co., Ltd. general manager, deputy secretary of the party committee Zhang Chao, the chairman, secretary of the party committee of our institute Wang Leiming, the institute's deputy general manager, chief engineer Wang Longlin, etc. Wang Longlin, Zhang Chao, on behalf of the two sides signed the contract.
Datang Yuncheng 630 ℃ demonstration project is located in Yuncheng County, Heze City, Shandong Province. The project was invested and constructed by Shandong Energy Linyi Mining Group and by Datang Shandong Power Co., Ltd. This project is the new coal-power cogeneration pit-head power plant, the planning capacity of 2 × 1,000MW, the simultaneous construction of desulfurization, denitrification facilities.
On June 30, 2017, the Datang Yuncheng 630 ℃ demonstration project joint declared by the Datang Shandong Power Co., Ltd, Dongfang Electric Co., Ltd, SDEPCI got the best total score amoung seven projects nationalwide. Through the National Energy Board demonstration project review, the Datang project is currently the only national coal power demonstration project during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period. The three parties will use their advantages in the power plant investment and construction management, host equipment R & D and manufacturing and project survey optimisation design to work closely on this project. The cooperation can lead the national thermal power industry upgrading, structural adjustment and scientific and technological progress, the construction of thermal power technological innovation. The partership can also help creates the clean and efficient power generation model, digital intelligent power plant model, high integration of industry model. At the end, the project can help promote the developement and the application of the new high temperature resistant metal materials research to promote the pace of independent innovation in the national industry.
SDEPCI will focus on the construction of "science and technology leadership, wisdom integration, advanced indicators" of the million kilowatts of ultra-supercritical secondary reheat unit target. With the rich million units of engineering design experience and technological innovation capabilities, SDEPCI can ensure that the overall technical solutions to achieve the reheat temperature of 630 ° C and a over 50% efficiency rate of power generation. The goal of the SDEPCI is to construct Datang Yuncheng 630 ° C demonstration project into a national high-quality engineering demonstration project with the highest pressure and the highest temperature, along with the consideration of efficiency, safety and environmental protection.
In 2016, SDEPCI designed a reheat temperature of 620 ℃ Laiwu million kilowatts unit second reheat project. After put into operation, the coal consumption of unit power generation, coal consumption of power supply, and thermal efficiency indexes set a new world record. When Yuncheng project put into operation, it will once again refresh the Laiwu project record, and help Shandong Institue to maintain leading position of the thermal power technology in the world.
