The plant site is located in Talwandi Sabo, Mansa district, Punjab, India. The Owner is TALWANDI SABO POWER LIMITED (TSPL). The contract came into effect in Sept. 2009. #2 unit was handed over on Nov. 29, 2014. #3 unit and #1 unit are going to operate on the second half of 2015.
