The sugar cane bagasse after wine brewing and sugar refining is used as the main comburent for this project, mixed with sugar cane waste, Marawu and other biomass materials. After the project is put into operation, it could not only supply electric power and steam for the sugar plant and wine plant but also provide about 90 million kwh power for Cuba every year.
