It is located in Dabancheng wind zone in the south-eastern suburbs of Urumqi, Xinjiang and the  installed capacity was planned to be 300MW. 200 sets of 1500kW wind power generation units were installed, which was the largest wind power project designed  by SDEPCI at that time.
