Venezuela New Center Gas-fired Power Plant 4×193MW Project.Located at the largest port in Venezuela – Puerto Cabello, the project adopted 4 Siemens SGT6-5000f type gas turbines with the installed capacity of 772MW. It was of simple cycle configuration reserving the conditions for combined cycle. This project was the emergency project that China provided to Venezuela to help solve the power shortage in the Venezuela, and was a critical cooperation project on energy under the framework of Sino-Venezuelan fund.
