Advanced Core-cooling Mechanism Experiment (ACME) Facility Project, one of the national major special programs, was a critical link for verifying the advanced nuclear power plant design, related safety analysis procedure and for supporting safety review. It was of great significance for major special program CAP 1400 and national energy strategy implementation. It was contracted by SDEPCI on EPC basis.
